John McMillin – President John McMillin joined United Way of Wilson County in August 2005. John is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Communications. Prior to joining United Way, he served as the Communications Director with Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Cooperative, Vice President and Estimator with New South Construction, and served as Tourism Director for the City of Watertown.
Leslie Wessel – Director of Finance Leslie Wessel joined United Way in March of 2021. Leslie is a graduate of Murray State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. Over the past 15 years, Leslie has served in various leadership roles in the non-profit sector.
Jennifer Pitt – Director of Development Jennifer Pitt joined United Way in November of 2015. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to joining United Way, Jennifer served in various leadership roles in the non-profit sector.
