Jennifer Pitt – Executive Director 
Jennifer Pitt joined United Way in November of 2015. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to joining United Way, Jennifer served in various roles in the non-profit sector, including Membership Director for the Tennessee Alliance for Children and Families and the Associated General Contractors of Middle Tennessee. She also worked for the Tennessee General Assembly. 

John McMillin – Community Liaison 
John McMillin joined United Way of Wilson County in August of 2005. John is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Communications. Prior to joining United Way, he served as the Communications Director with Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Cooperative, Vice President and Estimator with New South Construction, and served as Tourism Director for the City of Watertown.

Leah Clary – Campaign Coordinator 
Leah Clary joined United Way in February of 2026 as Campaign Coordinator. In this role, she supports fundraising initiatives and community engagement to advance United Way’s mission. Leah is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a B.S. in Marketing. Prior to joining United Way, Leah served as an IT Recruiter for a firm based out of Franklin, Tennessee.
